It has been too obvious to miss the fact that Facebook has made some changes to the design of the businesses profiles. A very important change was the ability to add call-to-action (CTA) buttons to business Pages; another one was letting company publish their milestones, such as product launches and events.

Facebook page administrators have the choice to add "Sign Up," "Shop Now," "Contact Us," "Book Now," "Use App," "Watch Video," and "Play Game" buttons that will sent the visitor to "any destination on or off Facebook" that promotes the business. Facebook does monitor these links, in a similar way they monitor other links. Also, users can report Pages with malicious links, too.

To run a successful business page you must build increase visibility, a follower base, communicate with and engage fans, and ultimately create leads that can potentially help you generate more revenues.
